Before You Even Pick Up The Phone To Call Us, Take The Time To Read Questions You May Have About Booking A Caterer.

How do I know you will do a good job?
If you have never sampled our food we invite you to come in and enjoy a meal in our restaurant, which will highlight the quality of our ingredients. Many of our recipes have been passed down through generations and we are very proud to be able to share some of them with you and your friends and family.

How much notice do you need to book my catering?
For Pick-Up Catering, we ask for 48 hours notice (though some items may require more notice). However, please feel free to call us at 714-535-1948 and press “3” to be connected to our Catering Department if it is less than the requested notice. We are often able to accommodate or make special exceptions for last minute orders.

For Delivery & Set-Up, we recommend you book as far in advance as possible, to ensure your date is reserved on our calendar. Our availability is often limited. Feel free to call us for delivery requests. If we have an opening, we are more than happy to work with you.

Do you have any minimums for catering?
We do not have a minimum for catering orders for Pick-Up but we do have minimums to be eligible for delivery.

Is Delivery Available?
Yes. We currently offer delivery to the North Orange County area. In order to be eligible for delivery we ask that the order be at least $300 for a weekday and $500 for a Saturday delivery. The delivery fee is then determined based on the distance and size of the order. Please call us at 714-535-1948 and press “3” for Catering to discuss a delivery option.

What levels of service do you offer?
We currently offer all orders for pick-up and may be able to arrange for delivery if we have availability to do so. Please see the above answer for more information. We are happy to assist you with any questions regarding what to order, portions, and anything else you may need regarding your catering order.

What is your cancellation policy?
For all orders we request a 24 hour notice for cancellation.

Can You Make Accommodations For Special Diets?
Absolutely! We offer many vegetarian options and can even make special, individual portions of gluten-free, or vegan items for specific dietary restrictions. Just give us a call and ask and we are sure to be able to come up with something delicious for you!

Can I Order Online or Get A Quote?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, company check (not personal), VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

We take a credit card to hold the order at the time that it is placed. For your convenience, if you choose to use the card provided it will be charged on the morning of the scheduled order. You are also welcome to pay with cash or a different card at the time of pick-up. In that case, we will only use the initial card to hold the order and it will not be charged.

I only need some items catered. Do I have to purchase everything from Cortina’s?
Absolutely not. We offer all of our catering specialties as a la carte catering items. Order exactly what you need.

Do you keep my orders on file?
We have recently implemented the industry’s leading catering system to keep up with all of your catering orders and quotes. At any time, you can call us, and we’ll be happy to email you a copy of any order or quickly place a duplicate order for you.
